Are you looking to build a stable career in the essential waste management industry? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Hand to join our team in Coolaroo. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our facility, ensuring our operations run smoothly every day.

Pay: $38.00

Location: Coolaroo

Shifts: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of waste bins.
• Prepare bins for deployment and operational use.
• Accurately apply identification stickers to bins.
• Inspect and maintain castors and wheels for optimal performance.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization in the washbay.
• Oversee general yard and garden-bed maintenance to ensure a tidy workspace.
• Manage inventory and stocktakes of bins, stickers, and spare parts.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift License (LF).
• Demonstrated experience performing similar operational duties.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and site knowledge.
